We use 1–2 day shipping services for all live orders whenever possible.

Yes, but only within safe temperature ranges. Orders may be delayed if conditions are unsafe.

Do you ship across Canada?

Yes, we ship nationwide where carriers allow.

Is Blackwater Aquatics the same as BWAquatics?

No. Blackwater Aquatics Canada is a separate brand focused on live fish food, freshwater amphipods (scuds), and aquarium breeding systems.

Live Arrival & DOA

What happens if my fish arrives dead?

We offer DOA coverage for fish if reported within 2 hours of delivery with proper proof.

Do you cover DOA for scuds?

No. Scuds are hardy live food shipped in quantity, and minor losses are normal.

What proof is required for DOA?

Photos of unopened bags and deceased fish within the 2-hour window.
